3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by R&D Brothers Mobile Detailing are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if additional work, parts, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of service. We will communicate any changes in scope or cost and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.

Prices do not include applicable sales tax unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for services at any time, but changes will not affect work already under contract.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payment by cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Financing options may be available for qualifying installations. Financing terms, interest rates, and eligibility are determined by the financing provider and are subject to credit approval.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by California law. You are responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees, in the event of non-payment.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our website or engaging our services, you agree to:

8. Limitation of Liability

14. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage

You are responsible for disclosing any known issues with your vehicle before service, including mechanical or electrical problems, loose or damaged trim, aftermarket parts, water leaks, or any area that should not be cleaned. R&D Brothers Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage, including but not limited to existing scratches, swirl marks, chips, dents, stains, tears, rust, fading, oxidation, or cracked and peeling clear coat. The detailing process can sometimes reveal or make pre-existing damage more noticeable, and R&D Brothers Mobile Detailing is not liable for damage that existed before service. We may document the condition of your vehicle before we begin.

15. Personal Belongings and Valuables

Please remove all personal belongings, money, electronics, and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. R&D Brothers Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items left in the vehicle. Any items we come across will be set aside and returned to you, but we cannot accept liability for personal property.

16. Results May Vary

Detailing results depend on the age, condition, and prior care of your vehicle. While we work to deliver the best possible outcome, some stains, odors, scratches, water spots, oxidation, or other damage may be permanent and cannot be fully removed. R&D Brothers Mobile Detailing does not guarantee the complete removal of every imperfection, and results may vary from one vehicle to the next.

17. Service Location and Access

As a mobile service, we come to you. You agree to provide a safe, legal, and reasonably accessible location with enough room to work around the vehicle. We are fully self contained and bring our own water and power. If a location is unsafe, prohibited, or does not allow us to perform the service properly, we may need to reschedule or relocate the appointment.

18. Additional Charges and Right to Refuse Service

Vehicles that are excessively soiled or that require extra time and materials, such as heavy pet hair, mold, biohazards, excessive sand or mud, or bodily fluids, may be subject to additional charges that we will discuss with you before continuing. R&D Brothers Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse, pause, or reschedule service for any vehicle whose condition is unsafe, unsanitary, or beyond the scope of the agreed work.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements or estimates provided to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and R&D Brothers Mobile Detailing regarding your use of our website and services. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
